雙葉小学校GCコース14名全員合格おめでとう！
14名のケンジントンキッズが福岡雙葉小学校GCコース2024年度入学試験を受験し、見事全員が合格しました！
2023年11月、ケンジントンキッズアカデミーのアドバンスコースから14名のキッズが福岡雙葉小学校GCコースを受験しました。受験が近づくにつれ、保護者の皆さまにとってはプレッシャーの大きな日々だったことと思いますが、キッズやケンジントンのスタッフ、講師に関しては、緊張感というものを感じる必要はほとんどありませんでした。私たちにはキッズが準備万端であることが分かっていましたし、当スクールができることは全てやり切り、彼女たちがその日成功を勝ち取る可能性を最大限に高めることができたと認識していたからです。私たちが、何も心配することはない。と思ったことが正しかったことを結果が証明してくれました。当スクールのキッズたちはただただ合格しただけではなく、試験当日素晴らしい結果で合格できたものと確信しています。
入試の翌日からは、年長クラスのキッズに対するフォーカスはブリッジコース（そしてその後の小学生アドバンスコース）にシフトし、2024年4月にはGCコースでしっかりと活躍できるように準備が始まりました。
来年度以降のGC入学希望者（及び、幼児コースで学ぶ全ての受講生）については、今年度の結果と同様の、あるいはそれを更に上回る結果を出せるかに重点を置いています。
ケンジントンキッズアカデミーでは、毎年キッズと共に新たなことを学び、それに基づいて年ごとにコースやサービスを見直し、改善を行っています。今年度キッズが到達したレベルは、これまでで最高のものでしたが、今年学んだことを実践することで、来年度はさらに高いレベルに到達させたいと考えています。
当スクールが行うすべての決定、すべての新しい変更は、常に受講生の学力向上にとって良いことかどうかを念頭に置いて行われます。
All 14 Kensington Academy students passed the Futaba GC test for Elementary school starting in April 2024.
This November, 14 kids from our AK course took the GC test. The last days leading to the exam were especially stressful for the parents, but as far as the girls, Kensington staff and teachers were concerned, we had very little to be nervous about. We knew the girls were ready and we knew that we had done our jobs well and had optimized their chances for success on that day. We were indeed right not to worry and all our girls not only passed the test but I’m sure did amazingly well. Starting from the day after the test our focus with our K3 students has shifted to our Bridge Course (and our Advanced Elementary Courses thereafter) and making sure our girls are totally ready to thrive in GC starting from April 2024.
For our younger GC hopefuls (or any other students that we work with in our SK course) our focus will turn to how to make sure to replicate and hopefully exceed this academic year’s results.
Every year in Kensington we learn new things and with those new things in mind we move to adapt and improve our courses and services to you. This years’ students’ level was the best we’ve ever achieved so far but we are hoping that we get our future students to an even higher level next year by implementing the lessons we have learnt from this year.
As always every decision made, every change we make in Kensington is always done with the academic interests of our students in mind.
