Open School

Families wishing to apply are asked to attend our Open School.

We invite families considering April 2027 entry to attend our upcoming Open School.

Attendance at the Open School is required as part of the admissions process for families wishing to apply.

During the session, families will:

  • Take a tour of the school
  • Learn about our philosophy, daily life, and educational approach
 
 

Admissions Process (April 2027 Entry)

The following outlines our admissions process for April 2027 entry.

  1. 1

    Step 1: Open School

    October 17

    Attend our Open School to learn more about our educational philosophy, daily school life and learning environment.

    This is a required step in the admissions process.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Parent & Child Interview

    Term: October 19 – October 31

    We meet with the child and, where possible, both parents to learn more about your family and determine together whether our educational environment is the right fit for your child.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Application

    Deadline: November 7

    Families submit the required application and documents.

  4. 4

    Step 4: Decision & Enrollment

    Notification by: November 17

    We will inform families of the result and provide instructions to complete enrollment.

入園までの流れ（2027年4月入園）

2027年4月入園に向けた入園プロセスは、以下のとおりです。

    ステップ1：オープンスクール

    10月17日

    オープンスクールにご参加いただき、園内の見学や教育方針、日々の生活についてご説明いたします。

    オープンスクールへのご参加は、入園プロセスの一環として必須となっております。

  2. 2

    ステップ2：面接

    期間：10月19日～10月31日

    可能な限り保護者様お二人とお子さまでお越しいただき、ご家庭の教育方針やお子さまのご様子をお伺いし、お子さまやご家庭に当園の環境や教育方針が合っているかを、保護者様・教室側、双方で確認させていただきます。

  3. 3

    ステップ3：入園申込み

    締切：11月7日

    必要書類をご提出いただきます。

  4. 4

    ステップ4：合否連絡・入園手続き

    結果通知：11月17日まで

    選考結果をご案内し、入園手続きの詳細をご説明いたします。
